FAREWELL EVERYONE

This was a great course and I reassessing myself about my psychological, physical and spiritual. I do have a better understanding which I would say I am a 6 instead of a 3 when it was so new to me but I don’t know if I improved as much as should or could have. This semester was very overwhelming because my life was so crazy with my new business as a personal trainer, my newborn and other classes. Towards the end I was I tried and focus much more and some of the techniques began to even help me with my busy life. But because of being overwhelmed I never received the full understanding of everything. I did enjoy what I learned and it has pushed me to do more resource on the some of the information that was taught to me but I was at a disadvantage but I did my best to over come the obstacle and I have improved my life because of it. As the saying goes “What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger”

  1. You certainly have a lot on your plate. Any one of those things would be enough to overwhelm someone, but it seems you actually handled it very well and with grace. That is not always easy. I loved this course and feel I learned a great deal that I can take with me on my journey.

  2. Great post, I learned alot as well. This class was really focused on our journey with ourselves and becoming more in tune. This course was also a bit stressful for me too, with my two jobs and 7 day work weeks and then coming home to focus my time on my autistic son, it was difficult for me to open myself. But just as you did, I did as well and became more connected to myself. Good luck in the future.
