VISUALIZATION and MEDITATION
Visualizing a situation, a person or a goal helps to improve
on that dream or goal. It helps to bring a sense of reality, giving you
something that makes it tangible.
Right now I am in a competition and sometimes I feel I am making
no progress or I don’t believe enough, my wife is part of my support and we go
threw these exercise together, she helps me to focus better. With this
competition she always telling me you need to see and you will believe it, so
visualize your goal to help you maintain that goal. I must say actually
visualizing my self obtaining this goal gives me such a push.
But meditation is what pushes me over the top, it was hard
and still a little hard but I have made progress and understand the positive
effect of relaxing your mind, which helps you to visualize goals you are try to
accomplish.
These two I feel work together to help achieve a total body
and mind relaxation, which helps you to clear your head and be able to set
goals.
I think visualization is pretty powerful as well. It helps a lot with the whole laws of attraction belief system, which I happen to be a firm believer in! I've noticed that when I concentrate on something specific that I really want to happen and I actually believe it could happen, then it usually does in one way or another. It is definitely a good motivator too (with weight loss goals, etc.) Have you always used visualization as a form of meditation, or did this class kind of make you use it more?

Hi Erin,
DeleteI would say this class gave me more of the incentive with the exercise but I have always try to think positive about my goals to help me focus more
I agree with the visualization helps to maintain and focus harder on that goal.
Thanks for checking out the post.
Good post. Visualization and Meditation go hand in hand. Each exercise is beneficial to the other. These excercises are good for people who have trouble relaxing or in my case concealing my emotions. Great exercises and interesting but insightful class.
